Elfenbein, reliefiert geschnitzt. Sehr detailliert gearbeitete Szene nach einem Gemälde von Wilhelm Lindenschmit "Alarich in Rom" aus dem Jahr 1888. Dargestellt ist der Einmarsch von Alarich und seinen Kriegern 410 in Rom. Sie fanden Heiligtümer in dem Hut einer christlichen Jungfrau. Gerahmt. Elfenbein mit Rissen. Kleine Fehlstelle (unterhalb des Pferdes). Maße 22 x 34,5 cm bzw. 33,5 x 47 cm (mit Rahmen).

They found sacred relics in the hat of a Christian virgin. Framed. Ivory with cracks. Small loss (below the horse). Dimensions 22 x 34.5 cm and 33.5 x 47 cm (with frame). After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
