Bei diesem den ethnologischen Instrumenten zuzuordnenden Blasinstrument handelt es sich wohl um eine Mizmar. Das aus dem morgenländischen Kulturkreis stammende Instrument gehört zur Familie der Doppelrohrblattinstrumente. Das Instrument ist aus Holz gefertigt und mit Messing zu beiden Enden eingefasst. Die Kegel- bzw. Trichteroboe hat ein Daumenloch auf der Rückseite, weitere Resonanzlöcher befinden sich auf dem ausladenden Schallbecherende. Eine enge Metallhülse ist in den engen oberen Teil eingesetzt, auf die eine Lippenscheibe und das Doppelrohrblatt aufgesteckt wird. Das Instrument besitzt Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.

This wind instrument, an ethnological instrument, is probably a Mizmar. The instrument, which originates from the oriental culture, belongs to the family of double-reed instruments.
