Maßanfertigung aus feldgrauem Gabardine mit dunkelgrünem Kragen und fünf silbernen gekörnten Knöpfen. Das grüne Kunstseidenfutter mit Schneideretikett von Bachmann, Hanau und Namensetikett "Waffenmeister Brettschneider - 6.6.1936". Silberngestickter Brustadler und Kragenspiegel (mit schwarzen Durchzügen), vernähte mattsilberne Schulterstücke mit schwarzem Futter und goldenen Metallauflagen, Ostmedaillenknopflochbändchen, Ordensschlaufen und Löcher für Schraubabzeichen. Tragespuren und Reparaturstellen.

Field-grey fine tricot cloth, privately tailored, scalloped, and pleated breast and hip pockets, five-button front, bottle-green badge cloth collar with double hook closure and French cuffs. Silver color pebbled buttons, two embroidered openings on left breast pocket for screwback award attachment, Ostfront ribbon hand-applied to buttonhole, ribbon bar loops above pocket. Embroidered silver-aluminum wire eagle on dark green backing, collar insignia embroidered in silver-aluminum with black branch stripes on green backing, both hand-applied. Shoulder boards of bright silver-aluminum cords on black backing, each with two gold rank pips for rank of Hauptmann with gold “30” cyphers, sewn into shoulder seam. Lined in grey rayon with striped sleeve linings, tailor label at neck and inside pocket with handwritten name and dated “6.6.1936”. Light soiling and fading, a few small period repairs to sleeves and back of tunic.
