Fragment vom Ende eines 9,5 cm breiten, wohl samnitischen Gürtels aus Bronzeblech. Erhaltene Länge des Blechgürtels ohne Gürtelhaken 15,5 cm, mit Gürtelhaken 21 cm. Die Ränder im Abstand von ca. 2 - 3 mm eng mit Löchern zum Aufnähen auf eine organische Unterlage versehen. Auf einer Seite zwei gegossene Gürtelhaken von 11,5 cm Länge mit je drei Nieten montiert. Der auf dem Gürtel vernietete Teil als Palmette gestaltet, mit Binnengliederung aus Ritzlinien und kleinen Kreispunzen. Der freistehende Teil in Gestalt von abgesetzten Dreiecken mit profiliertem Rand und eingepunzten Ranken dazwischen, vorne in den eigentlichen, zurückgebogenen Haken übergehend. Am Ende der Palmetten sechs Nieten für rückseitig montiertes Bronzeblech durch den Gürtel geschlagen, zwischen den Nieten feiner floraler Ritz- und Punzdekor. Die Kanten auf der Rückseite stabilisiert und kleinere Teile ergänzt, sonst intakt. Auf der Unterseite Plexiglasscheibe zum besseren Aufstellen festgeklebt.
Provenienz: Rheinischer Privatbesitz, aus den Lagerbeständen eines ehemaligen Kunsthändlers, erworben in den 1980er Jahren im Kunsthandel.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
