Meissen, to 1730-35. Sword brand. Possibi. rest. L. 37.5 cm. - The shell shape imitates a Japanese Original of Augustus the Strong. In the inventory of the Japanese Palace bowls of this type are Schaalen as 'oyster, in the Form of a double sheet, with 12 prongs, inwardly mosaique painted...'.
