Technique: Fire gilded copper, silver and silver-plated, welded steel, glass, amongst others.
Description: Square case on four roundel feet with windowed and glazed sides. The top with florally
engraved rim and silver cherubs in the spandrels. The silver dial with Roman hours and the
minutes with Roman quarter hours on the outer rim. 4/4 striking train on two base bells.
Verge escapement with chain & fusee, two grooved hammers, lock disc for striking train,
florally pierced and engraved verge escapement. In matching leather case.
Measurement: 9,5x12x12cm. Case 13,5x14,5x14,5cm.
Mark: Inscr. on the back plate 'Jeremias Pichler in Gräz' (small and court clockmaker, master 1639, Abeler p.430).
