Ärmelaufschlägen die silbernen Tressen und auf den Ärmelaufschlägen die besonderen weißen Litzen für den Feldwebel der Schlossgarde-Kompanie, auf den Schultern die großen weißen Schulterklappen mit der in Metall aufgelegten
Chiffre "FWR" unter Krone, silberfarbene Knöpfe, eiserner Hakenverschluss, auf der Brust mit Schlaufen für die Orden, Dienstauszeichnung FW III. Helles Tuchfutter (etwas fleckig), zwei Schoßinnentaschen. Trage- und Altersspuren. Extrem seltenes getragenes Stück in guter Erhaltung.
Die Schlossgarde-Kompanie war in Preußen bis 1918 mit der
Bewachung der königlichen Schlösser und Gärten beauftragt. Bei feierlichen Gelegenheiten trug sie hohe Grenadiermützen. Die Kompanie bestand aus mindestens zwölf Jahre gedienten, halbinvaliden Unteroffizieren der Infanterie. Die Teilnahme an Feldzügen war erwünscht, militärische Auszeichnungen waren unbedingte Voraussetzung. Stationiert war die Kompanie in
Berlin, Charlottenburg, Potsdam und Kassel.
Long tunic of dark blue cloth with red stand-up collar and red Swedish sleeve cuffs. The collar and cuffs with silver lace, the cuffs with the special white braiding for a sergeant of the Schlossgarde Company, on the shoulders the large white shoulder boards with cypher "FWR" underneath a crown applied in metal, silver-coloured buttons, iron hook closure, on the breast with loops for the orders, Long Service Award FW III. Light-coloured cloth lining (somewhat stained), two inner coattail pockets. Traces of wear and age. Extremely rare, worn item in good condition.
The Prussian Schlossgarde Company was commissioned to guard the royal castles and gardens until 1918. During festivities its members wore high grenadier caps. The company consisted of semi-invalid non-commissioned infantry officers who had served for at least 12 years and preferably had participated in campaigns. Military awards were an essential precondition. The company was stationed in Berlin, Charlottenburg, Potsdam and Kassel.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
