Der historisch interessanteste Autograph des Gästebuchs ist der des damaligen Offiziers im RR 17 und späteren Widerstandkämpfers Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg (1907-44) aus dem Jahr 1933, der nach seinem gescheiterten Attentat auf Hitler vom 20. Juli 1944 noch in der Folgenacht hingerichtet wurde.

Furthermore, numerous officers from various (also Austrian and Russian) regiments as well as Berthold von Stauffenberg (1859 - 1944), Rudolph von Roman zu Schernau, Chairman of the Regional Council of Upper Franconia (1836 - 1917), Prince Friedrich Carl zu Castell-Castell (1864 - 1923), members of the families von Gebsattel, von Bimbach zu Dornheim, von Podewils, von Mirbach-Geldern, von Bomhard, von Pfetten, von Künßberg-Wernstein, von Willisen, von Wrede, von Stauffenberg and many more. Between 1934 and 1939, the then Colonel Max Fremerey was Commander of the 17th Cavalry Regiment in Bamberg, whose 1st squadron continued the tradition of the 1st Uhlan Regiment dissolved in 1919. Of major historic interest is the autograph of Count Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg (1907-44) dated 1933, at that time officer in the CR 17 and later resistance fighter, whose assassination attempt on Hitler on 20 July 1944 failed and who was executed the following night.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
