1974. Bronze, rotbraun patiniert. H. 27 x B. 40 x T. 21 cm. Gießerstempel: Schmäke Düsseldorf. Einer von 2 Güssen. In der Komposition der 7 nebeneinanderstehenden Pferde mit nur 11 Vorder- und 13 Hinterbeinen versteckte der Künstler ein Spiel mit den Primzahlen, indem er die '7' für die Köpfe/Körper einsetzte, die '11' für die Vorderbeine und die '13' für die Hinterbeine. Die Addition der 3 Primzahlen ergibt die Primzahl '31' - Literatur: WVZ Tiedge 96 (hier abweichend als Noack-Guss bezeichnet). Der vorliegende Guss war ein Geschenk des Künstlers an die Hamburgische Landesbank. - Deutscher Bildhauer, studierte nach einem Theologiestudium Bildhauerei an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München bei Prof. A. Hiller und an der HFBK in Hamburg bei E. Scharff. Seit 1967 als freischaffender Künstler in Jersbek bei Bargteheide tätig, bevorzugt in Holz, Stein, Bronze und Stahl, dabei eine Vielzahl an staatlichen Aufträgen für öffentliche Bauten, der sog. 'Kunst am Bau'. Kleinplastische Arbeiten thematisieren häufig den Balanceakt, der als Metapher für den Menschen in der Gesellschaft gesehen werden kann - Gleichgewicht halten oder verlieren. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
