Interesting lot dedicated to Giulia Grisi, considered one of the best soprano of the 19th-century, great interpreter of Rossini and Bellini. In her letter, the singer asks that two stages be reserved for her at the Niccolini theater in Florence. In the lot is also the interesting authenticated translation from Italian into French of her consent from her mother, Giovanni Grassini, to the marriage with viscount Gérard de Melcy.
