Tempera auf Holz, parkettiert. Brustbild des stehenden Heiligen mit vergoldetem Nimbus, rotem Mantel und Buch in Bogenstellung. Guter Zustand, die Holztafel in der Mitte gesprungen, der Malgrund in diesem Bereich mit mehreren vertikalen Rissen. Keine Restaurierungen unter UV-Licht erkennbar. Maße 36 x 24,5 cm.

An Italian portrait of St Anthony of Padua, 1st half of the 15th century

Tempera on inlaid wood. The half-length portrait of the saint standing in an arcade, with a gilt nimbus, red cloak and a book. In good condition, the wooden panel fractured in the middle, with several vertical cracks on the painted background in this area. No restorations visible under ultraviolet light. Dimensions 36 x 24.5 cm.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
