Bronze, geschwärzt, am Sockel die Künstlersignatur "Céciannie". Aufrecht stehende vollplastische Ganzfigur in Uniform, der Zweispitz in der Hand des abgespreizten rechten Armes. Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Gesamthöhe 47 cm. Wahrscheinlich ist der Abschied Napoleons von seiner Alten Garde am 20.4.1814 im Hof von Schloss Fontainebleau dargestellt.
Ausdrucksstarke Figur mit großer physiognomischer Ähnlichkeit.

Blackened bronze, the artist's signature "Céciannie" on the pedestal. Fully sculptured, full-length figure in uniform, holding his bicorne in the hand of his extended right arm. Signs of age and handling. Total height 47 cm. Probably a representation of Napoleon's adieux to his Old Guard in the courtyard of the Palace of Fontainebleau on 20 April 1814.
