. Das Konvolut besteht aus einer Taubenschlagzither und einer kleinköpfigen Zither aus dem ungarischen Kulturraum, möglicherweise 19. bis 20. Jahrhundert. Beide Instrumente sind unrestauriert und weisen diverse Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren auf.
Die volkstümliche Taubenschlagzither (das Instrument ähnelt in seiner Form einem historischen Taubenschlag) besitzt 20 Saiten (davon 6 Griffbrettsaiten) und zwei Schallöffnungen, welche aus 6 kreisförmig angeordneten Löchern bestehen. Unter dem Griffbrett befinden sich 4 weitere Schalllöcher.
Vor dem Griffbrett befinden sich Tonbuchstaben (Solmisation).
Abmessungen: Länge: 78,2cm, Breite: 17,8cm, Höhe: 10,5cm.
Die kleinköpfige Zither aus Szeged (auch: Griffbrettzither mit vier Stimmstöcken) besitzt zwei runde Schalllöcher in der Decke. Das Instrument besitzt 10 Wirbel.

CONVOLUTE DOVECOTE ZITHER AND SMALL-HEADED ZITHER/CITERA, HUNGARY, 19TH/20TH CENTURY
A convolute consisting of one of the dovecote/pigeonry zither and one small-headed zither from the Hungarian cultural area, possibly 19th-20th century. Both instruments are unplayable and show various signs of age and use.
The folk dovecote zither (the instrument resembles a historical dovecote in its shape) has 20 strings (6 of which are fingerboard strings) and two sound holes, which consist of 6 holes arranged in a circle. Under the fingerboard there are 4 more sound holes.
In front of the fingerboard are tone letters (solmisation).
Dimensions: Length: 78.2cm, width: 17.8cm, height: 10.5cm.
The small-headed zither from Szeged (also: fingerboard zither with four tuning pins) has two round sound holes in the top. The instrument has 10 pegs.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
