Bel exemplaire relié par Thérèse Moncey et enrichi d'une aquarelle et d'une suite.



Tirage à 125 exemplaires, celui-ci le n° 100, imprimé pour madame André Tallon. Exemplaire enrichi d'une aquarelle originale signée de Laboureur (illustration de la page 87) reliée en tête, et d'une suite complète des gravures tirées sur Japon, reliée in fine. Carteret Illustrés modernes 186 ("Il a été tiré quelques suites à part sur vieux Japon") ; Mahé 239.



In-4 (275 x 188 mm). 33 gravures au burin de Jean-Émile Laboureur. Reliure signée Thérèse Moncey et Mercher Doreur, maroquin vert amande, plats ornés d'un cercle central formé de cinq fleurs mosaïquées de maroquin orangé rehaussées de filets dorés droits, et d'un décor irradiant de petits points au palladium sur le reste des plats et se rejoignant sur le dos lisse, doublure et gardes de daim marron, doubles gardes de papier peint à l'or, tranches dorées, couverture et dos, chemise de demi-maroquin à bandes et étui (dos passé). Provenance : Madame André Tallon (exemplaire nominatif).
