Très bel exemplaire en maroquin rouge doublé du XVIIe siècle. Cette édition donnée par Jean de Tournes est une réimpression de l'édition de 1553, notamment augmentée de l'Epitaphe de Clément Marot par Etienne Jodelle (p. 534), et d'une table complémentaire (p. 598). In-12 (119 x 72 mm). Exemplaire réglé. Portrait de Marot en médaillon gravé sur bois sur la première page de titre, nombreuses gravures sur bois pour les Métamorphoses d'Ovide, devise de l'imprimeur avec l'anagramme "Son art en Dieu" en fin de volume. Reliure du XVIIe siècle en maroquin rouge, triple filet doré en encadrement des plats, dos à nerfs, caissons richement ornés aux petits fers, doublure de maroquin rouge, garde de papier marbré, tranches dorées sur marbrure.
