Rare édition originale de cette plaquette illustrée sur la moutarde de Dijon, imprimée sur place : Worldcat, le SUDOC et le CCFR ne recensent que 3 exemplaires en institutions publiques (deux à la BnF, un à la Bibliothèque de Neuchâtel). L'ouvrage s'intéresse à l'étymologie du mot moutarde, revient sur l'usage de ce condiment au Moyen-Age et affirme la supériorité de la moutarde de Dijon sur toutes les autres. Vicaire, 342-343.
