The haloes made of gold. Minor losses to the borders. The is overlaid with a gold riza finely engraved with scrolling foliage. The Mother of God is flanked by St. Jacob and Paraskeva on the icon and Sts. Nikita and Paraskeva on the gold riza. The silver-gilt frame is finely engraved with the Mother of God of the Sign and Sts. Gury of Kazan and Barsonofiy of Kazan. Triptychon aus vergoldetem Silber. 17,3 x 15 cm (Mittelikone), 39,5 x 51 cm (geöffnet. Das vorgelegte Triptychon zeigt im Mittelfeld die Gottesmutter Kasanskaja. Die Gottesmutter ist in Schulterpartie dargestellt. Die Heiligen Jakobus und Paraskewa flankierten die Gottesmutter. Die reich ornamentierte Goldriza zieren die Randheiligen 'Der heilige Christusnachfolger Nikita' sowie die heilige Paraskewa. Der die Ikone einfassende Rahmen zeigt das Mandylion sowie die Heiligen Bischof Gurij von Kasan und den Bischof Barsonofij von Kasan. Das Triptychon zeigt im oberen Bild die Gottesmutter des Zeichens. Auf den Flügeln erscheinen der Erzengel Michael und der Apostel Petrus links sowie der Erzengel Gabriel und die heilige Natalija rechts. Fehlstellen im Randbereich (Ikone).
