Measurement: Height each 73,5cm, width at the top 31cm.

Provenance:
Private collection Berlin.

This monumental pair of girandoles impresses not only with its formal language and size, but also with its rarity. Normally, we encounter girandoles of this type in the form of fire-gilded, partly patinated bronze, for example after drafts by the famous Parisian bronzier Pierre-Philipp Thomire. In this case, however, the Neresheim manufacture created a precious work entirely of silver modelled after the masters of the French Empire.
