Bruststern zur 1.Klasse, Silber und Emaille, in den Kreuzwinkeln das Monogramm "F I" für Zar Ferdinand I. von Bulgarien, an Tragenadel, ohne Punzen. Im quadratischen Etui mit dem in Goldfarben aufgedruckten Monogramm "F I" und der Bezeichnung "1. Klasse" in Kyrillisch.
Die Dekoration war für Herren in vier Klassen aufgeteilt, für Damen in drei Klassen.
Der Bruststern war für Damen und Herren gleich und bezeichnet die 1. Klasse.
Die 2. Klasse bei Herren war das Halskreuz, bei Damen eine emaillierte Brustdekoration an Damenschleife.
