Three cut glass objects on the occasion of the construction project of the Schadow Arcades in Düsseldorf, whose dome was designed by Piene, float glass/optical prism glass 7.8 x 8 x 4 cm, 9 x 9 x 4 cm and 9 x 9.5 x 4 cm work dimensions, each with incised signature partially minimally rubbed with minimal scratches. The Schadow Arcades in Düsseldorf are an upmarket shopping centre building in the city centre. They were built by architect Walter Brune between 1990 and 1994. The prismatic dome that has crowned the Shadow Arcades since 1994 was designed by Otto Piene. The three glass objects come from the estate of Karl Alexander Dedy, who, together with Otto Piene, planned and realised the glass roofing of the arcades. On completion of the construction work, these prisms were signed by Piene and given as gifts to architects, planners and others involved.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
