Das Instrument wurde in der Vergangenheit technisch überarbeitet. Die befilzten und mit Leder überzogenen Hammerköpfe sind kaum gespielt, die Filze der Mechanik wurden scheinbar erneuert. Ebenso sind die Saiten als auch die Stimmwirbel neu. Die Mechanik trägt die gepunzte Nummer „1921“.
Der äußere Zustand des in Palisander furnierten Klaviers ist gut. Es sind nur wenige Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Es besitzt ein Pedal zur Dämpfungsaufhebung.
Die Klaviatur (CC-a4) hat ein Stichmaß von 48,5cm.

The instrument was technically overhauled in the past. The hammers are covered with felt with an upper layer of leather. The felts of the action seem to have been renewed. The strings as well as the tuning pins appears to be new. The action bears the stamped number "1921".
The outer condition of the rosewood veneered piano is good. Only a few traces of use are visible. It has a pedal for lifting the damping.
The keyboard (CC-a4) has a 3-octave-span of 48.5cm.
