"Afat" est un mot inspiré de l'arabe et signifie à la fois "trisitesse" et "femme belle qui inspire un amour malheureux". Ce recueil, en russe, est composé de 76 poèmes sur ce thème de l'amour mélancolique. Les illustrations de Picasso représentent 2 arabesques, inspiré du titre, et 4 magnifiques gravures au burin.

En feuilles, texte en russe, liées par un cordon de chanvre, couverture de papier et couverture de parchemin remplié, portant en noir la première inscription coufique, chemise et étui de papier kraft de l'éditeur. Tirage à 64 exemplaires sur papier Montval à la cuve, celui-ci le n° 21, signé par l'artiste et le poète. Illustré de 6 gravures originales hors-texte sur cuivre en noir de Pablo Picasso, soit 2 arabesques coufiques au lavis gravées à l'aquatinte au sucre, 3 burins et un burin et eau-forte. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
