PORSCHE 911 T 2.0 #1968

This is the 95th issue in the series 11820 which marks the vintage 1968. It is, consequently, the 95th 911 T built since this appellation begins in the summer of 1967.
This 911 "short frame", as they are called today, registered in France on October 6, 1967, has an aluminum engine block.
It will be recalled that the 11820 were used in the development of thirty-five 911 T/R after having been levied on the park and prepared for the race. The reason for this? Simple. A little less well fitted than their sisters L-or S - and a lighter of some 56 kg-disassembly for processing was easy. Originally, the engine was given to 110 hp. Slightly improved, it is now more than little 130 hp. With a very low weight
- around 950 kg, a suspension picked up by torsion bars a little bit stronger than original and the rear arms are adjustable, it offers the qualities of a Porsche racing era.
Technically, it is equipped with an electronic ignition 123 and sprinkler road 150, which offer him a good extension in the towers. It has a control box Quick Shift for precise selection, and quick reports.
The interior has been left in its original configuration, with her car radio of the sixties, its carpet time in good condition and its mat front rubber, them as original. More recent, the bucket seats in corduroy black are very beautiful and provide a perfect fit.
Externally, the body bore some marks of its history of bad boy and a patina that will delight. It is a style that appeals very much to its current owner, the more amateur of authenticity, car to live and drive, as society divas briquées to the utmost. This is the reason for which it leaves in its configuration "return of race".
Finally, next maintenance, it is equipped with shock absorbers and exchangers, new tyres, very recent and in all its bills of maintenance over ten years, including motor refurbishment carried out in 2005. Since then, she has travelled 22,500 km.
