Es ist bekannt, dass Tessarini bei seinem Aufenthalt in den Niederlanden von Jan Palthe portraitiert wurde. Es existiert hierzu ein Mezzotinto im Britischen Museum, welches der Zeichnung bis ins kleinste Detail entspricht. Die Zeichnung weist überdies ein französisches Wasserzeichen des 18. Jh. auf.

It is known that Tessarini was portrayed by Jan Palthe during his stay in the Netherlands. There is a mezzotint in the British Museum, which corresponds to the drawing down to the smallest detail. The drawing also has a French watermark from the 18th century.
