Manuscrit médical et gastronomique du XVIIIe siècle, luxueusement relié en maroquin rouge. Où l’on apprend tant à préparer la crème de riz et la poularde à la serviette, qu’à soigner le flux de sang, la gangrène et la paralysie.
Intéressant manuscrit de remèdes et recettes, d’une belle écriture soignée, produit sous le règne de Louis XVI. Il est composé de trois parties distinctes, chacune précédée d’une page de titre avec titre calligraphié dans un encadrement floral comprenant oiseaux, guirlandes, angelot, papillons, etc : un Recueil de remèdes (pp. 1-181, dont 19p. d’une autre main, plus tardive), des Recettes pour vernis et couleurs (pp. 193-242, dont 4p. d’une autre main, plus tardive), et des Recettes pour l’office (pp. 251 à 286) ; in fine, une table des recettes occupe 7 feuillets (pp. 292-304). Pour de nombreuses recettes, qu’elles concernent la médecine ou la gastronomie, la provenance est précisée et l’efficacité attestée par divers témoignages.
In-8 (180 x 112 mm). 156 feuillets, dont le titre liminaire non numéroté, et 155 feuillets paginés 1 à 306 (avec quelques erreurs). 15 feuillets ont été laissés en blanc entre chaque partie. Reliure de l’époque : maroquin rouge, large dentelle et filets dorés en encadrement, dos à nerfs orné, dentelle intérieure dorée, gardes de soie bleue, tranches dorées sur marbrure.

First of all, you should register to be able to purchase at auction. Auctions are performed by auction houses and each of the auction houses describes their terms of auction. You can see the texts in the section "Auction information".
The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
