Dreiviertelplastisch aus Buchsbaum geschnitzte Figurengruppe für ein wahrscheinlich der Kreuzigung gewidmetes Altarretabel. Zwei assistierende Engel halten den Deckel des Grabes, aus dem sich der segnende Christus erhebt. Sein in Schüsselfalten hinuntergleitendes Gewand offenbart die Seitenwunde, die erhaltene Hand sowie das rechte Bein tragen ebenfalls Wundmale. Zwei Grabwächter schrecken mit ausdrucksstarken Gebärden vor der Erscheinung zurück. Im unteren Teil minimal wurmstichig. Restauriert, Jesu linke Hand verloren. Maße 32 x 30 cm.

The group of figures carved in three-quarter relief in boxwood, probably for an altarpiece devoted to the Crucifixion. Two assisting angels holding up the top of the sepulchre, from which Christ ascends, his hand raised in blessing. His flowing robes, draped in drop folds, revealing the wound in Christ's side. The raised hand and his right leg also bear stigmata. Two grave keepers recoil from the apparition with expressive gestures of fright. Slight worm damage in the lower section. Restored, Jesus' left hand has been lost. Dimensions 32 x 30 cm.
