Rare Sicilian newspaper important for the description of the events that led to the end of the Sicilian uprisings of 1820, born to ask for partial independence from the Neapolitan government and repressed in blood with the intervention of the royal troops under the command of General Pietro Colletta.

Folio (370 x 230mm). Bound numbers, from no. 74 of 2 October 1820 to no. 150 of 30 December 1820 divided into "Foreign News" and "Internal News" (browned). Contemporary calf with title on spine label, gilt decorations (light wear).
