DIN-A4-Briefpapier mit gedrucktem Kopf "SS-Gruppenführer Karl Hermann Frank - Staatssekretär" unter blindgeprägtem Hoheitsadler, datiert "Prag, den 14. Feber 1941". Maschinenschriftlicher Text: "Reichsführer! Ich melde, dass mir der König und Kaiser von Italien das Grossband der Italienischen Krone verliehen hat. Die Auszeichnung ist mir am 12.d.Mts. vom Italienischen Generalkonsul in Prag ausgehändigt worden.". Eigenhändige Tintenunterschrift "Frank", der Text am rechten Rand in rotem Kopierstift markiert. Am Unterrand adressiert, daneben Kürzel "Sch" des Chefs des Personalamts der SS-Gruppenführer Walter Schmitt in grünem Kopierstift. Karl Hermann Frank (1898 - 1946), seit März/April 1939 Staatssekretär im "Reichsprotektorat Böhmen und Mähren" sowie Höherer SS- und Polizeiführer und seit November 1939 Gruppenführer. Walter Schmitt (1879 - 1945) war 1939-42 als Gruppenführer Chef des SS-Personalhauptamtes. Frank und Schmitt wurden nach Kriegsende in Prag vor Gericht gestellt, zum Tode verurteilt und hingerichtet.
Rudolf Brandt (1909 - 1948) war von 1936 bis Kriegsende persönlicher Referent Himmlers und ab 1941 in dessen persönlichem Stab. Als einer von drei Nicht-Ärzten wurde er wegen der Organisation von unzähligen Menschenversuchen im Nürnberger Ärzteprozess 1948 zum Tode verurteilt und in Landsberg hingerichtet.
