Lindgrünes Papier, DIN A4, vervielfältigter Text, Stempelunterschrift Schmitts noch als SS-Oberführer und "Der Personalreferent beim Reichsführer-SS". Ergänzend zu Himmlers "Befehl v. 10.4.34 über die Verleihung des Totenkopfringes" erlässt der RFSS folgende Zusatzbestimmung: "SS-Angehörige, die für den Totenkopfring [.] vorgeschlagen und mit Verweisen bestraft sind, dürfen denselben erst erhalten: 1. bei Bestrafung mit einem strengen Verweis nach 2 Jahren/2. bei Bestrafung mit einem förmlichen Verweis nach 1 Jahr/3. bei Bestrafung mit einem einfachen Verweis nach 1/2 Jahr- Bei Einreichung von Verleihungsanträgen ist genauestens auf diese Bestimmung zu achten.". Unter der Unterschrift Stempel "Der Führer des SS=Oberabschnitts West i.A." sowie "SS-Sturmbannführer". Gelocht, kleine Randschäden, partiell leicht ausgeblichen.
