Exemplaire de tête, signé par T.S. Eliot, de la bibliothèque de Louise Hanson-Dyer, philanthrope et éditrice australienne. En 1932, Louise Hanson-Dyer fonde à Paris les éditions de l'Oiseau-Lyre, spécialisées dans les éditions savantes de musique ancienne et les enregistrements musicaux, avant de déménager à Oxford pendant la guerre.

In-4 étroit (295 x 190 mm). Édition originale de la préface de T.S. Eliot. Tirage limité à 580 exemplaires, l'un des 55 exemplaires de tête sur Millbourne à la main, celui-ci le n° 9, signé par T.S. Eliot. Envoi autographe signé à l'encre au titre : "To my Michou from his Louise, April 6th 1940, Amersham - Oxford". Reliure de l'éditeur : demi-vélin et toile cirée crème avec ornements dorés, lettre dorée au dos. Non coupé.
