Rectangulaire, les panneaux latéraux légèrement échancrés, le couvercle et le fond émaillés en plein d’un large bouquet de fleurs enrubanné comprenant pivoines, narcisses, œillets et lys, et de papillons colorés, les feuilles en émail de basse-taille translucide vert, les côtés également émaillés en plein d’un semis de fleurs, le tout sur fond en or ciselé de filets concentriques à l’imitation d’un panier encadré par des enroulements formant cartouche
