Approx. 42mm, approx. 35g 18K yellow Gold, richly engraved, and magnificently the finest magnifying glass painting, depicting a young goat shepherdess in the Alps, dust cover signed, extremely flat cylinder work of Geneva fine quality with special "negative" lift enameled, back side, four edges, similar to the Bagnolet calibers (associated special key), original dial is silver and original blued Breguet-style hands, excellent condition with probably the original display box of the Breting Brothers, Geneva, functional. It is a fantastic Geneva quality that is otherwise only of Patek Philippe watches of this time. With the number 686 is one of the earliest watches in the world well-known manufacturer.
