A PARCEL COLD-GILDED BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS - China, 17th/ 18th c. - Seated in vajrasana on an oval-shaped pedestal with both hands resting on his lap in dhyanamudra supporting the kalasha, his naked body parts cold-gilded, wearing dhoti, scarf draped across his chest with a section falling down his back, bejewelled, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows running into the nose-bridge, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with flowerhead-shaped ornaments, his blue-coloured hairdo combed in a chignon decorated with a floral ornament to its front, resealed. - From an old southern German private collection, supplemented by inheritance in the 1950s and acquisitions in the 1960s to the 1980s - Wear, slightly chipped

In Vajrasana auf einem ovalen Podest sitzend, beide Hände in Dhyanamudra auf dem Schoß ruhend, die Kalasha stützend, seine nackten Körperteile kalt vergoldet, Dhoti tragend, Schal über der Brust drapiert, ein Stück davon über den Rücken fallend, mit Juwelen besetzt, sein Gesicht zeigt einen heiteren Ausdruck mit niedergeschlagenen Augen unter gewölbten Augenbrauen, die in den Nasenrücken übergehen, lächelnde Lippen, verlängerte Ohrläppchen mit blumenkopfförmigen Ornamenten, seine blau gefärbte Frisur ist zu einem Dutt gekämmt und vorne mit einem Blumenornament verziert, wieder verschlossen.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
