Lederkorpus mit feinem cremefarbenen Tuchbezug und schwarz lackiertem Deckel, Schirmen und Einfassung. Innen braunes ledernes Schweißband sowie Unterfütterung aus grüner Seide mit goldgeprägter Herstellermarke von Kotov in Moskau. Aufgelegter russischer Doppeladler für Mannschaften mit zaristischer Krone, Kokarde und Bandeau "Für Auszeichnung". Alters-, Tragespuren.

Leather body covered with fine cream-coloured cloth, the top, peaks and edge trim lacquered in black. On the inside brown leather sweatband and green silk lining with gold-embossed maker’s mark of Kotov in Moscow. Applied Russian double-headed eagle for enlisted men with tsar’s crown, cokade and banner (tr.) "For excellence". Traces of age and wear.
