Unique Babe Ruth Autographed "A Ball Player, Not a Girl" Letter (PSA/DNA 9 MT)

Original one page typewritten fan letter as sent to Ruth from an autograph seeker, interestingly, from England. The content of the letter is fairly mundane in asking that the Babe send back an autograph to add to his collection. There was, however, one undoubtedly unintended error to the request that ended with a unique and now desirable result, in that it was addressed to the Bambino as "Dear Madam". Although probably due simply to the period version of a cut and paste error it enticed the Babe to comically reply under his autograph, "A Ball Player not a girl". Black fountain pen signature and inscription remain incredibly bold rating 9 out of 10. Letter itself has original light fold lines. After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
