Valery Koshlyakov est né en 1962 en Russie. Figure majeure de l’art contemporain russe, il construit sa notoriété dès la fin des années 1980 avec un travail fondé sur une utilisation de divers médiums et matériaux, fidèle à la tradition russe, afin d’accentuer la symbolique culturelle et politique de ses œuvres. Parmi ses nombreuses expositions, Valery Koshlyakov a notamment représenté la Russie à la 25ème Biennale de Sao Paulo en 2002 et à la 50ème Biennale de Venise en 2003. Par ailleurs, ses œuvres ont été montrées dans le cadre d’expositions collectives au Louvre, au Guggenheim Museum de New York et de Bilbao, au Musée d’Art Contemporain de Rome ou encore à l’Art Kennedy Center de Washington.
Valery Koshlyakov was born in 1962 in Russia. A major figure in Russian contemporary art, he built his reputation in the late 1980's with a work based on the use of various media and materials, faithful to the Russian tradition, in order to accentuate the cultural and political symbolism of his works. Among his numerous exhibitions, Valery Koshlyakov represented Russia at the 25th Sao Paulo Biennale in 2002 and at the 50th Venice Biennale in 2003. In addition, his works have been shown in group exhibitions at the Louvre, the Guggenheim Museum in New York and Bilbao, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome and the Art Kennedy Center in Washington.

First of all, you should register to be able to purchase at auction. Auctions are performed by auction houses and each of the auction houses describes their terms of auction. You can see the texts in the section "Auction information".
The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
