Christina Alida van Heek-Blijdenstein
Christina Alida van Heek-Bledenstein was a Dutch painter and draftsman. Bledenstein was a student of the Amsterdam painter Jan Willem Pieneman and of Adriana Johanna Haanen. In 1849 she visited Paris. She painted portraits, figure and genre pieces. In 1932, some fifty works were shown in a retrospective of her work in the Rijksmuseum Twenthe.
