Firmin Balthazar Verhevick is a Belgian painter. He painted landscapes, interior scenes and seascapes and also practiced charcoal and etching. Far from all the "modern" currents which disoriented amateurs who love "solid" works, he produced realistic and sensitive canvases, without however falling into chromo.
