Jorn Kaempfer is a contemporary german painter. He studied painting at the Berlin University of the Arts from 1981 to 1986. He has been working as a freelance artist since 1987 and is also a member of the professional association of visual artists in Berlin. In 1995, he also started sculpting, and since 2000 he has also been teaching painting and sculpture in the adult education system. He has studios in Berlin, Moers and Duisburg.
