Jules Sarlandie
Jules Sarlandie was a French art deco enamel artist and designer.
He settled in Limoges at the end of the 19th century and took up the art of enamel, experimenting and inventing new techniques. Sarlandie soon rose to fame, creating table objects, vases and paintings in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. He worked with enamel and glass in collaboration with interior designers. Jules Sarlandie's work was successfully sold in Limoges as well as in Parisian luxury stores.
