Martin Verstappen is a Belgian landscape painter based in Rome. Faithful exclusively to landscape inspiration, he worked on the basis of natural studies. Enshrouded in Italian light, his classical canvases were valued for their good sense of harmony and color, as well as their taste for aerial perspective. Martin Verstapen has contributed to some of the major European art events by sending some of his paintings.
