Stanisław Chlebowski
Stanisław Chlebowski was a Polish artist of the mid-19th century. He is known as a painter, graphic artist and traveler.
Stanislaw Chlebowski painted pictures on historical and batal subjects, as well as a marine painter, landscape painter and portrait painter. He preferred to create works of small size. The master lived more than 10 years in the Ottoman Empire, worked as a court painter for the Ottoman Sultan Abdul-Aziz in Constantinople, so his late work was dominated by Eastern themes.
