Image License Agreement

This agreement defines the terms under which the individual licensee (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) shall use images and other materials downloaded on the site www.veryimportantlot.com (hereinafter referred to as “VeryImportantLot”) or provided to the User through the mediation of VeryImportantLot. By downloading any file, the User shall comply with the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).

VeryImportantLot reserves the right at any time at its own discretion to amend, make any adjustments, additions and edits to certain parts or to the Agreement as a whole, and the User shall agree to comply with all requirements subject to such amendments. Any amendments shall be legal and effective from the moment of their publication. If for any reason the User disagrees with the provisions of this Agreement and does not accept its terms, he should not log in to VeryImportantLot and use its resources.

1. Basic concepts of licenses

1.1. According to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, VeryImportantLot shall grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license, being valid in all countries of the world without the right to transfer and sublicense it to any third parties, allowing you to fully or partially use and modify the File to create any product within the permitted use.

1.2. Files can be downloaded under a Standard and/or Extended License. When choosing the type of license, you shall follow the rules:

• If the File will be used to create a product that will not be resold or freely distributed, a Standard RFor Standard RF+license is required.
• If the File will be used to create a product that will be resold or freely distributed, then an Extended license is required if the File takes a major role for the product and attaches value to it.

1.3. Product or content for free distribution is a product or content that will be distributed to a wide audience without gaining of material profit (free website templates, postcards, flyers, etc.).

1.4. Product or content for resale is a product or content that will be distributed for the purpose of generating commercial income (for example, resale of web templates, T-shirts, calendars, etc.). A product or content created by the customer’s order is not considered to be a product or content for resale. However, if the user distributes or intends to distribute such product or content for the purpose of generating commercial income, such product or content is considered to be a product or content for resale. When working on a project, before downloading a File, the user shall take into account the end use of the product in order to determine the proper type of license that it will be appropriate for him to purchase.

1.5. Digital format: websites; banners for advertising; screen savers; desktop wallpapers; software (for PCs and mobile devices); electronic postcards; e-mail letters; e-books; presentations (PowerPoint, Flash, etc.); movies, videos and television advertising; non-formal logos; personal non-commercial use, etc.

1.6. Printed format: advertising in newspapers and magazines; printed advertising materials; covers and illustrations for books, newspapers, magazines; business cards; flyers; posters; covers for CD/DVD; wrappers, labels and packaging for goods; stationery: folders, notebooks, pens, pencils and stickers; key rings; calendars; cups and glasses; mouse pads; T-shirts and clothes; personal non-commercial use, etc.

2. Standard RF Image License

2.1. The standard RF license allows you to use the downloaded File to create all types of products, except for products for resale or free distribution, in which the File takes a major role for the product and attaches value to it.

3.1. The Standard RF+ license includes the rights of the Standard RF License with advanced options for creating more copies of the file.

4.1. The extended license includes the rights of a Standard RF+ license, has no restrictions on the number of copies, prints and impressions, and also allows you to use the downloaded File to create a product for resale or free distribution, in which the File takes a major role for the product and attaches value to it.

5.1. If it is necessary to obtain a license to distribute more than 10,000 copies of a file, an individual license for the image is required. In this case, contact the site administrator directly.
