In-16 (156 x 106 mm). Illustré d'un fronstispice et de nombreuses vignettes et gravures dans le texte, certaines à pleine page. Couverture illustrée. Reliure signée Charles de Samblanx et datée 1912 : maroquin noir à long grain, plats ornés d'un encadrement simple et d'un encadrement central de quatre filets dorés à fleurons dorés intercalés, dos long orné d'un décor doré reprenant celui des plats, tête dorée, dentelle intérieure dorée, couvertures conservées (charnières légèrement frottées).
