Louis-Philippe II d'Orléans, seit 1792 Philippe Égalité (1747 Saint-Cloud - 1793 Paris) war der einzige Sohn von Herzog Louis Philipp I. (1725-1785) und Louise-Henriette de Bourbon-Conti (1726-1759). 1769 heiratete er Marie-Adélaïde de Bourbon-Penthièvre, Mademoiselle de Penthièvre (1753 Paris - 1821 Ivry-sur Seine). Aus der Ehe gingen fünf Kinder hervor, darunter Louis-Philippe d'Orléans, der von 1830 als 1848 als König der Franzosen regierte.
