Édition illustrée de sept eaux-fortes originales d'Anthony Gross, dixième publication de la société de femmes bilbiophiles Les Cent Une. Exemplaire enrichi d'une suite des eaux-fortes signée par l'artiste. Intellectuelle avant-gardiste russe et collaboratrice à la maison Gallimard, la princesse Schakhowskoy fonda en 1926 une société de bibliophilie exclusivement féminine, qu'elle appela les Cent Une en réponse à la société de bibliophilie Les Cent. Lors d'un dîner, alors qu'un invité doutait qu'elle puisse trouver beaucoup de femmes intéressées par les livres, elle répliqua : "J’en trouverai non cent mais cent une". En quelques mois, les cent une sociétaires avaient été réunies autour de la baronne de Brimont, écrivaine et arrière-petite fille de Lamartine, qui prit la présidence de l'association. En 1951, pour le vingt-cinquième anniversaire de la société, Jean Cocteau dédia un blason aux Cent Une. Depuis sa création jusqu'à aujourd'hui, la société publie un livre tous les deux ans. Tirage limité à 130 exemplaires, celui-ci le n° 24, imprimé pour Madame Dyer, chaque exemplaire signé par la présidente et la vice-présidente de l'association, à savoir la baronne de Brimont et la Princesse Schakhowskoy. Illustré de 7 eaux-fortes originales d'Anthony Gross et 43 dessins in-texte reproduits d'Anthony Gross. Enrichi d'une suite des 7 eaux-fortes en sanguine, toutes numérotées et signées par Anhotny Gross, sous chemise à part. En feuilles, non coupé, sous couverture rempliée, chemise et étui rigides illustrés de l'éditeur.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
