Das Kombinationsinstrument aus Hammerflügel und Physharmonika in Nussbaumfurnier wurde von Anton Tomaschek (Flügel) in Wien gebaut. Die Physharmonika wird Jakob Deutschmann zugeschrieben. Diese hat denselben Umfang wie der Flügel und wird durch zwei Pedale, welche die Schöpfbälge bedienen, an der angehängten Lyra bedient (4 Pedale: 2x Physharmonika, Verschiebung und Dämpfung). Die Physharmonika als auch die Hammermechanik können durch je zwei Binnenschieber an- und abgeschaltet werden.
Der Flügel besitzt eine Wiener Mechanik sowie eine Stiefeldämpfung. Die Klaviatur (CC-g4) hat ein Stichmaß von 48,4cm. Die Hämmerchen sind beledert. Der Flügel hat einen geteilten Steg (CC-C und C#-g4).

FORTEPIANO WITH BUILT-IN PHYSHARMONIKA, ANTON TOMASCHEK, VIENNA CIRCA 1840
This rare instrument combines a fortepiano with a physharmonica. It was built by Anton Tomaschek (grand piano) in Vienna. The case is veneered with walnut. The physharmonica is attributed to Jakob Deutschmann. It has the same keyboard span as the grand piano and is operated by two pedals, which operate the bellows, on the attached lyre (4 pedals: 2x physharmonica, shift and damping). The physharmonica as well as the hammer action can be switched on/off by two internal slides each.
The grand piano has a Viennese action and a Viennese damping system. The keyboard (CC-g4) has a 3-octave-span of 48.4cm. The hammers are covered with leather. The grand piano has a split bridge (CC-C and C#-g4).
