Die Schonerjacht Yampa wurde von A.C. Smith entworfen und 1887 auf der US-Werft Harlan & Hollingworth in Wilmington gebaut. Im Jahr 1898 kaufte Kaiser Wilhelm II. die Yampa vom US-Millionär Chester W. Chapin. Bevor er sie seiner Frau, Kaiserin Auguste Viktoria, schenkte, ließ er das Schiff umbauen und gab ihm den Namen Iduna. Die Jacht fiel im Jahr 1934 einem Brand zum Opfer.

Furniertes braunes Holz mit poliertem Lackfinish (teilweise krakeliert), Beschläge aus weißem Metall (eine Randleiste unvollständig), zwei seitliche Tragegriffe, auf dem Scharnierdeckel ein silbernes Schild mit Inschrift "I.M.Y. IDUNA". Innen eine ausklappbare, goldbordierte, grüne Leder-Schreibfläche, Stiftablage und zwei Fässchen, die Deckelinnenseite mit eingepasstem, herausnehmbarem Spiegel (kleine Fehlstellen in der Spiegelschicht). Unvollständig, Leder fachgerecht erneuert, teilweise leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Maße 43 x 29 x 22 cm. Sehr repräsentativ.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
