Illustré de 36 compositions, dont 18 gravures à pleine page d'après les dessins d'Albert Lynch, et 18 vignettes et culs-de-lampe d'après les dessins d'Ernest Duez ; 3 suites des gravures (une suite imprimée en camaïeu sur papier Whatman, une suite en bistre sur papier du Japon, une suite en camaïeu sur papier satin crème) et 1 aquarelle originale signée d'Ernest Duez sur le faux titre, représentant un oeillet et un chrysanthème. Reliure signée de Maylander : maroquin bleu nuit, décor mosaïqué de maroquin bleu et noir en creux au premier plat représentant un bateau se rapprochant d'une côte, phare allumé au loin, vagues estampées à froid et rehauts de gouache, au second plat décor mosaïqué en creux figurant deux voiliers approchant la côte, vagues et mouettes estampées à froid et rehauts de gouache, dos à nerfs titré or, bordure intérieure de maroquin bleu nuit serti d'un filet doré, algues de maroquin brun estampé à froid aux angles, doublure et gardes de moire marron, tranches dorées, couverture et dos conservés. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
