Édition originale de cet essai de Parmentier sur la confection du pain. Parmentier fait le choix d’un opuscule simple et concis, puisque, affirme-t-il, les destinataires de son ouvrage “ont moins le temps de parcourir des dissertations, que de mettre en pratique de bons et d’utiles préceptes : ainsi la précision & la clarté doivent toujours régner dans un ouvrage, où il ne s’agit que de leur indiquer des procédés simples et faciles”. (p. 4). Il passe en revue toutes les étapes de la fabrication du pain, saupoudrant de conseils et de méthodes pour bien choisir le blé, le conserver, le moudre, utiliser la farine, réaliser le levain, le pétrir. Parmentier, effaré de constater que “tout le monde croit connoître la véritable forme du four”, affirme que “rien n’est plus rare que de rencontrer chez une bonne ménagère un four bien fait”, et s’emploie à décrire la forme et l’usage convenables de cet allié indispensable à la confection du pain. After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
